It was like you were reading my mind...WORD FOR WORD!! I started C25K last summer and thought I was hot shit that first week two. Then like you, the extra 30 kicked in and I was POSITIVE 100% that one of two things happened or both...the app misfunctioned or the treadmill starting counting backwards when I wasn't looking.<br /><br />Then week 3 came along. Honestly, I failed the first night, I just couldn't run the 3 minutes. I cried, so disappointed with myself! The next night....I did it...not gracefully but finished it just the same.<br /><br />After that, I wasn't able to get past week 3. It was too hard and still a challenge to run the 3 minutes, so I was still getting a good work out. But you know what? I was ok with it. I was ok it the idea that I might never get past week 3, because never in my life had I EVER run for 3 minutes at a time. That was an accomplishment on it's own. Then I hurt my foot and it ended my running career. At first I just kept telling myself that you can do ANYTHING for (the extra) 30 seconds. And then I was kind of like maybe you can't actually do anything for 30 seconds. And I sweat like a pig this time! What version of C25K are you using? My week 3 (because I had to go check it now) starts with 90 sec run, 90 sec walk, then 3 min run 3 min walk, repeat once.
