I'm so addicted to the crossfit style class I'm doing. Love it!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14038919929797253666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5621848690476707504.post-63131718425090382042013-09-26T14:06:25.727-04:002013-09-26T14:06:25.727-04:00I completely understand your fear of injury! I...I completely understand your fear of injury! I've recently gotten plantar fasciitis in one of my heels and at first I felt completely defeated not being able to do my bootcamp workouts to the best of my ability. I KNEW I could do more and it killed me to have to wait! Glad you are having a relaxing few days off. On Saturday you will KICK BUTT.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09357995376279492347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5621848690476707504.post-84491088942264326622013-09-26T13:22:40.853-04:002013-09-26T13:22:40.853-04:00I really fear an injury too ... I need to workout,...I really fear an injury too ... I need to workout, for the exercise endorphins, for the little extra I can eat. You hear the "no pain no gain" so sometimes it's hard to know when to push through, and when to take a break.JenBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16376616104651932239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5621848690476707504.post-43555797009541940202013-09-26T10:48:25.932-04:002013-09-26T10:48:25.932-04:00Good for you lady, you do NOT want to injure yours...Good for you lady, you do NOT want to injure yourself long term. I kind of feel pressure to not puss out just because I know I don't look like the typical person that's working out! I TOTALLY understand your drive to not give up and push through, although you have to be careful, so good for you for listening to your body, because I know its hard!! You are doing so great!! Keep it up!! Ashlee https://www.blogger.com/profile/05514603220257731491noreply@blogger.com
